Online Payments Incur A Processing Fee. We realize that since we offer online registrations some of our members would also like the option to pay their registration fees online so we added an online payment option. However an online payment option also means an additional cost to the club. Because we want to keep our registration fees as low as possible, we did not want to raise our prices across the board just to cover the cost of an optional online payment system that might only be used by a small percentage of our members. Since we are offering an online payment method as an option, online payments will incur a processing fee to help defer the processing fees that we incur. The fees are displayed below & will be shown during check out as Shipping & Handling. You will need to enter your zip code  in the shipping field & click "update" for the processing fee to be applied.

Secure Online Payments: All credit card information is submitted directly to PayPal.com which insures a safe and secure electronic transaction. Click on the logo above for more info on how PayPal keeps your credit card information secure. All major credit cards are accepted, you do not need a PayPal account to submit payment online. Online Payment Instructions:

You can submit payment for players that were registered online or by mail-in form. Just select the number of players you registered in each age division from the appropriate forms below (there is a separate form for each age division). Then select the registration method you used and enter the player or players' names that you're paying for and click the add to cart button. Repeat this for each age division that you have registered a player or players.

Shipping & Handling = Processing Fee

Once on the shopping cart page enter your zip code & click update (under the zip code field) & the shipping fee will be added which is actually the processing fee.

Payment Page

After you update the zip code click the 'proceed to checkout' button and you will be taken to the payment page.

Payment Options

Once on the payment page you will be able to sign into PayPal & pay using your PayPal account (if you have a PayPal account) or pay by credit card. The credit cart option will by displayed as a "Pay by Credit Card" link in in the column to the left of the PayPal login area. Fill in the areas on this page & click 'Continue' to finalize the payment process. Make sure to print a receipt of your payment.

Payment Confirmation Emails

Email confirmations are only sent to PayPal customers (if you used your PayPal account to submit payment).

If a payment form is not available this means we may not be fielding a team in this age division this spring
