Registration & Database System

if you are going to register by mail-in form.
Most Lancaster County Soccer Clubs are now using the same (new) online
registration system to accept online registrations. The system is also used by
the clubs individually as a database for all their registered players. Each
player will be assigned a user account from where you, as the parent or
guardian, can edit player info, add a new player (sibling), edit your contact &
emergency info.
Player
information will remain in the system and be available for future registration.
Once your children are no longer with the club you can delete your account.
This system is integrated
with the EPYSA (Eastern Pennsylvania Soccer Association) which governs Eastern
PA. soccer clubs and with whom we must register our club & players.
We ask that everyone with a computer would please create an account and use the
online registration system. This new system is in place to make the registration
process easier & faster for the parents as well as club administrators.
If you are a new LYSC member (registering for
the first time)
As you register your children online an account will be set up for you. Write
down your username & password.
Note: When creating a New 'Individual User' account
be sure to input the player's name & birth date, not your info as the parent. Once you are logged in you will
then be able to input your info as parent. If you do input your 'parent info' by
mistake you will be able to change this after you are logged in.
If you registered online last season
Login with the user name & password from last season using the individual player
or family account if you have a family account.
If you registered by mail-in form and last season and
provided an email address
An account has already been set up for you and you should have received an email
with your login info. (Username & Password). - Use the link on this page to
register instead of the link that came with your email.
If you register by Mail-in Form
An account will be set up for you using the info on your registration form. Once
you obtain an email address let us know & we will send you login info so you can
keep your account info up to date.
Lost Password?
On the login page there will be an option for you to retrieve your password by
using the email address that we have on file for you, or you used to register.

Additional Info
There are two different player user
accounts that can be utilized to register. There is also a separate
coach user account to register as
a coach.
Age Division
Notice::
You will not need to select an age division like you did with the
old system. Your child will automatically be placed in the appropriate age
division based on his/her birth date.
Individual Player User Accounts
This is used to register a single player. This account can be set up by the
player him/herself as long as he/she is 13 years of age or older. However,
parent/guardian information is required on all accounts.
Family User Accounts
This is for families that have more than one child playing for the LYSC.
Coach Accounts
Used to register as a coach. Note: By using the link at the top of
the page the coach option will automatically be displayed in the 'Account Type'
dropdown menu. If it is not displayed, open the menu & select 'coach'.
When registering you will need the following info.

AFTER YOU ARE LOGGED IN
Fill in the required information (Player & Parent info, emergency & medical info) click
continue & follow the instructions. After you are registered you will receive an
email confirming your registration.

SUBMITTING PAYMENT
Submitting Payment Online:
The online payment portion is not intergraded with the
online registration form which means you will need to go to
online payment center page to submit the payment after you've
registered your children.
Submitting Payment By Mail When Registering Online:
With your check please provide the following info: If
you printed a copy of the online registration confirmation please
include a copy of this. If you do not have a copy of the confirmation or
if your printer is out of ink include a piece of paper with the
following info: The
player or players names, age divisions, the date you registered
online and the ID numbers.
