Registration Info
A separate online registration form must be submitted for each player you are
registering. The date & time the form is submitted online is when your child
will be considered registered -
As long as we receive payment within 7-days of the online
registration date. If we do not receive payment within 7-days the players
status will be changed to pending and placement will not be guaranteed.
Returning Players
If you
are registering as a returning player the system should automatically display
your info so please make sure you enter the correct "retrieval" info. If it does
not have your info on file you will need to register as a new player. Once your
information is in the database you should not have to reenter it again next
season.
Returning Coaches
Beginning this season we have a separate online registration form for you to use
which already contains your previous season's data.
New
Coaches
Please
use the Player registration online form to sign up as a coach.
Submitting Payment Online:
The online payment portion is not intergraded with the
online registration form which means you will need to go to
online payment center page to submit the payment after you've
registered your children.
Submitting Payment By Mail:
After you submit your form you will be
redirected to a page that will contain a copy of your registration
information. Please print two copies of the form and keep one for your
records and send one with your payment. If you are out of ink or the
printer is broke, you can just send a note with your check with the
player or players names, age divisions, the date you registered
online and the ID numbers.
Online Registrations will be
confirmed by email.
Please allow one week to receive conformation. If you do
not receive a confirmation within a week please contact us.
